Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 12 oz crumbled bacon
  • 2½ cups mild shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 oz dry ranch dressing mix
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a heavy-bottom stock pot over medium heat, melt the softened cream cheese.
  3. Stir in ranch dressing mix and black pepper until well combined; remove from heat.
  4. Mix in shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, green onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly on top.
  6. Add remaining cheddar cheese over the mixture and place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  7. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 5–8 minutes until golden brown.
