- 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 oz crumbled bacon
- 2½ cups mild shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 oz dry ranch dressing mix
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a heavy-bottom stock pot over medium heat, melt the softened cream cheese.
- Stir in ranch dressing mix and black pepper until well combined; remove from heat.
- Mix in shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, green onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Place the bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly on top.
- Add remaining cheddar cheese over the mixture and place the top halves of the rolls on top.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 5–8 minutes until golden brown.
