Ingredients
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp heat-treated all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 200 g milk chocolate (chopped)
- 200 g dark chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread flour on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Let cool.
- Line another baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk cooled flour with sea salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- Beat butter until creamy; add sugars and beat until fluffy. Mix in vanilla.
- Gradually add flour mixture, then milk while mixing until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop out mixture into balls using a cookie scoop, place on prepared baking sheet, and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt milk and dark chocolate separately in microwave-safe bowls until smooth.
- Dip each frozen ball into melted chocolate and return to baking sheet to set.
- Chill dipped truffles for about 15 minutes before serving.
