Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heat-treated all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it until it reaches 165°F.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated and brown sugars, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Mix in heat-treated flour and salt until fully combined.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in the microwave until smooth.
  6. Combine melted chocolate mixture with cookie dough mixture until evenly mixed.
  7. Fold in chilled mini chocolate chips.
  8. Spread fudge mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours until firm.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
