  • 4 tbsp cold butter (cubed, for streusel topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients by alternating with the milk until just blended.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan using a rubber spatula.
