  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 boxes (3.3 ounces instant white chocolate pudding mix)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • Green food coloring
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • ¼ cup Andes Peppermint Crunch or crushed peppermints
  • ¼ cup mint chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9"x13" pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the red cookie layer by mixing sugar cookie mix, butter, flour, egg, peppermint crunch, and food coloring. Press into the pan and bake for 20 minutes; let cool.
  3. For the cream cheese layer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped cream. Spread over cooled cookie layer and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the green pudding layer by whisking pudding mix with cold milk until thickened; incorporate melted white chocolate and food coloring before spreading over the cream cheese layer. Chill for an additional 10 minutes.
