- 1 stick softened butter
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar

- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 3/4 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in baking powder, baking soda, espresso powder, salt, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time followed by peppermint extract.
- Gradually add flour and milk alternately to the batter until just combined.
