  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 3.5 oz chocolate bar (melted)
  • 10 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (room temperature or greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted peanut butter
  • Peanut butter cups (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreos and mixing them with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Make the chocolate layer by mixing cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  3. For the peanut butter layer, beat together cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sour cream until combined. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; fold in melted peanut butter. Spread on top of the peanut butter layer.
  5. Decorate with drizzled melted peanut butter and chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
