  • 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons capers (drained)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cold salted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat lightly in a mixture of flour and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add white wine and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in capers, chicken broth, and lemon juice; let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through. Stir in cold butter until melted.
