  • 2 shallots (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté seasoned chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook shallots and garlic until fragrant.
