- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning; set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 10 rectangles.
- For each rectangle, place a spoonful of seasoned beef and half a cheese stick. Roll tightly and seal the edges.
- Place each stick seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
