  • 4 Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Fill each apple with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
  6. Top each apple with the graham cracker mixture.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and bake in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
