- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fill each apple with the cheesecake mixture.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Top each apple with the graham cracker mixture.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and bake in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
