  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces turkey breast
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough. On one slice, spread Dijon mustard over the mayonnaise.
  2. Layer two slices of cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and turkey on top of the mustard-coated slice. Close with the second slice of bread (mayo side inward).
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy and cheese melts.
  5. Let it rest before slicing in half and serve immediately.
