- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar, oil, and vanilla until well combined. Gradually add the dry mixture and fold in shredded carrots.
