Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 chopped bell peppers
- 1 ½ cups uncooked rice

- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package directions; set aside.
