Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs steak (strip steak, sirloin, ribeye)
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- Cajun spice blend (smoked paprika, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, dried thyme)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into approximately 2-inch pieces and season with the Cajun spice blend.
- Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Sear the steak bites in batches for about 4 minutes total until browned; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss with garlic butter sauce, and serve hot garnished with parsley.
