  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Cajun spice blend (smoked paprika, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, dried thyme)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into approximately 2-inch pieces and season with the Cajun spice blend.
  2. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Sear the steak bites in batches for about 4 minutes total until browned; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss with garlic butter sauce, and serve hot garnished with parsley.
