Ingredients
- 1½ cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs

- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3.4 ounces instant butterscotch pudding
- ¾ cup butterscotch chips (divided)
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- Chopped butterscotch chips and cinnamon graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- For the crust layer, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into an 8×8 dish and freeze for 30 minutes.
- For the cream cheese layer, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. In another bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread half over the crust.
- To make the butterscotch pudding layer, mix pudding with chopped butterscotch chips and additional whipping cream; fold well and spread over the cream cheese layer.
