  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 8 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and scoop about ⅓ cup of the filling into the center.
