  • ½ cup ketchup
  • pounds lean ground beef
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 small onion (chopped or ¼ cup dried onion flakes)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¾ cup regular bread crumbs

Instructions
