- 3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk

- 3 tablespoons honey (divided)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped sage
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 3 cups bread flour
Instructions
