Ingredients
- ¾ cup peach preserves
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 4 salmon filets (1½ pounds)
- 2 medium peaches, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Minced garlic
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix peach preserves, bourbon, olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Reserve half of the marinade in the refrigerator.
