Ingredients
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or other)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 9 slices American cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 24–30 dill pickle slices
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the special sauce.
- 3. Cook ground beef with chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
