- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
- 12 oz mild cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- Salt
- Cajun seasoning
- dry mustard powder
- ground nutmeg
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
