Ingredients

- 4 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar (165g)

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (360g) or 4 egg whites
- ~30 ladyfingers
- 1 1/2 cups strong black coffee
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew strong black coffee and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add mascarpone until creamy.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks; gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.

- Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers and cream mixture.
