  3. Cover slightly askew and cook until chicken is tender (about 15 minutes). Shred the chicken directly into the broth using two forks.
  4. Bring soup to a low boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 6-7 minutes until al dente. Serve hot with chopped parsley on top.
