  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and seasonings for at least 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Coat marinated chicken in a mixture of flour and panko breadcrumbs.
