Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper

- Peel the carrots and cut them in half. Slice each half lengthwise into sticks about 2 inches long.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the carrot sticks until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
